This Legal Technology Consultant role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the litigation process who enjoys working at the intersection of law, technology, and data.

Working primarily remotely, you will collaborate with legal teams and internal specialists to deliver efficient, technology-driven solutions that support complex litigation and disclosure requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Legal Technology Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting litigation teams through the effective use of leading eDiscovery platforms. You will assist with managing the technical aspects of matters, ensuring data is processed, organised, and reviewed efficiently to support legal strategy and disclosure obligations.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the setup, management, and quality assurance of litigation databases using Nuix Neo Discover and/or RelativityOne
• Work closely with legal teams to understand the litigation and discovery process and ensure technology solutions align with case requirements
• Assist with processing, reviewing, and organising large volumes of electronic documents and data
• Conduct searches, apply tags, and structure document sets to support review and disclosure
• Provide technical support and guidance to legal teams using eDiscovery platforms
• Ensure matters are managed efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, organisation, and data integrity across all matters
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the legal technology team

• In-depth understanding of the litigation process and discovery obligations
• Experience using Nuix Neo Discover and/or RelativityOne
• Background as a Paralegal, Litigation Support Specialist, or Legal Technology professional
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with legal technology platforms
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style

The Details

Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Location: Hybrid, work from home position with some attendance in Brisbane office.

Salary: Up to $100,000 package (negotiable for the right candidate)

Contract: Permanent role
